Graduate program

We see you — and your potential

Unlike traditional, classroom-based MBA programs that rely on lectures, case studies, and exams, our MBA is built for experienced professionals who learn by doing.

Instead of sitting through theoretical coursework, you’ll prove your expertise through a portfolio of real-world competencies, engage one-on-one with an industry mentor to tackle live workplace challenges, and develop actionable strategies that directly impact your organization.

There are no rigid timetables, rote assessments, or disconnected academic exercises—just practical, high-level learning tailored to your professional reality.

This is an MBA designed for those who are already leading, innovating, and driving change, and are ready to take those skills to the C-suite.

A confident professional stands outside a modern office building, smiling while holding a smartphone, symbolising leadership, connectivity, and career advancement. His polished appearance and relaxed demeanor reflect the real-world, executive-focused nature of the MBA program, designed for experienced professionals ready to take their expertise to the next level.

How it works

Our MBA is designed for experienced professionals who prefer to be judged on their real-world impact over examinations of theory.

Through a structured three-step process, you’ll validate your expertise, engage in tailored mentorship, and apply your learning to drive meaningful change in your workplace.

15 Professional Competencies

Prove your expertise by preparing a portfolio of 15 professional competencies—spanning industry, managerial, and leadership skills—through reflection and interview, demonstrating your readiness to engage with novel, complex, and dynamic workplace challenges.

3 Mentor Sequences

Extend your capability across three 12-session sequences, identifying a series of unique workplace opportunities to explore with your mentor, scanning global best practices, critically evaluating them within your organizational and human context, and developing actionable solutions.

1 capstone project

Demonstrate mastery by conducting a comprehensive review of an organizational performance issue, engaging with diverse stakeholders to analyze challenges, integrate multiple perspectives, and develop strategic, evidence-based interventions that drive measurable impact.
