Project auditing is a critical skill in entrepreneurship, enabling the evaluation and improvement of ongoing business initiatives.
In this course, you will learn the principles and practices of project auditing, a key competency for ensuring the success and sustainability of entrepreneurial ventures.
Throughout the semester, you will engage in a hands-on project auditing experience with a live business project.
You will explore essential topics such as project scope analysis, risk assessment, performance evaluation, and resource allocation.
Working closely with a mentor, you will develop and refine your auditing techniques, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze project documentation, and assess financial viability.
The course will culminate in the preparation and presentation of a comprehensive project audit report to the business owners and relevant stakeholders.
This course will provide you with practical experience and analytical skills valuable for roles in project management, business consulting, and entrepreneurial leadership.

Assessment
Report

Presentation

Viva voce
- Description: Defend the findings of your report/presentation in the context of this course.
